“GET ON THE BUS” SPONSORSHIP
In August of 2011, a national school bus company, Student Transport of America (a.k.a. “STA”), donated the use of a full-size bus to Carolina Studios; outfitted with everything we need to operate our program in a completely mobile setup, this bus infinitely opens up our programming reach. It houses Apple iMac computers running Apple’s “Logic” digital audio workstation software allowing students to create music digitally right there in real time. The mobile studio also offers multi-track recording capability, a sound booth for vocal recording, an external PA system and stage for events, and much more! The bus is scheduled to visit selected schools and other organizations on a daily basis during the week, and will appear at numerous local and regional events. Carolina Studios will now be able to reach a much larger number of at-risk children, and we will be dramatically increasing our impact on the community.
In order to pay for ongoing operating expenses, Carolina Studios is seeking sponsors interested in doing something exciting and different and in supporting their community. We invite you to “Get On the Bus!”
Based on fuel consumption, payroll, and ongoing supplies, we estimate that the MAXIMUM cost of operating this bus on a monthly basis is approximately $2,800.00. We are seeking sponsors to help us cover these expenses. We are only offering fourteen of these unique sponsorship opportunities. Each is set up as an annual commitment to Carolina Studios in the total amount of $2000.00 per year. As a thank you for your support, we will do the following for your business:
1. Signage on the side of the bus in designated sponsor areas for one year (Sponsor to provide digital artwork)
2. Inclusion on Facebook and other social networking (details to be discussed)
3. Rotating graphic advertisement on Carolina Studios website (Sponsor to provide artwork)
4. Link to Sponsor website in our news release section
5. We will upload a video of your choice onto our website in our sponsor section via our Youtube page or do a video interview with a representative from your company
6. Your name included in selected press releases that relate to the bus
7. Free admission to ALL Carolina Studios fundraising events for up to two people
8. Inclusion of a piece in our monthly e-newsletter upon signing up…can be video, text block, or link to website, etc.
9. Ability to hang a banner (max size 4’x8’) near the bus at all events (Sponsor to provide banner, and subject to verifying that there are no event sponsor conflicts)
Please note that our sponsorship program is adaptable to meet the needs of your company or organization. We have the option to customize a sponsorship offer based on your needs in order to create a successful partnership. With a helpful and enthusiastic staff to assist, you can be confident that your sponsorship will earn results for your company. EVENT SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES
Each year, we also offer event sponsorship opportunities that are always very fun and exciting because they involve the sponsor in a way that is fun and exciting. Our annual Celebrity Pro-Am golf tournament is one such example. In 2011, in conjunction with the Nationwide Tour Championship at Daniel Island and Student Transportation of America Education Foundation, we sold teams to corporate sponsors who in turn got to play a round of golf with a wealth of celebrities, including Darious Rucker, Bill Murray, Mark Bryan, numerous pro athletes, musicians, and many others. Also included in the package was admission to the entire tournament, an exclusive breakfast buffet, VIP access to the Pro-Am Jam concert that followed that evening, whereby Mark Bryan and a boatload of famous musicians joined on stage for a truly unique concert. Not interested in the larger sponsorships? Consider sponsoring a child or two. For just $100, you can put one child through our program for a year. The impact that it will make is substantial for these children! It is easy to do. Just click the donate button below and enter in your amount in increments of $100. In the special notes line during the Paypal transaction, put in the words “Child Sponsor”. Easy!
